My kids ADORE Ashley. She really knows how to get on their level and engage with them. She adheres to our rules and keeps things in order, we always come home to dinner and house cleaned up and kids in bed. :) She is responsible, reliable, attentive and fun-loving. We always knows our kids are going to be well cared for and well loved while we are away. We've referred her to a couple of our friends and she is their favorite as well!!
