Ashley has watched our 4 growing children for years-in summers while she had been a special ed teacher, and full time for us after she left teaching. She is compassionate, organized, dependable, creative, and a dream to partner with as a two-parent working family. She brings the skill, competence, and care of a highly accomplished special ed teacher along with an easy going, warm-natured personality. She is incredibly responsible and responsive, used her parent and teacher instincts to bring care, routine, individualized attention and activities our family's life.
