I started babysitting at 10, raised my own kids, and love the infant stage. To best support local families, I am offering dedicated overnight support ($25/hr). I am currently doing a NAPS night doula course and plan to enroll in a Newborn Care Specialust certification program. What I do for families: Overnights (8-hr min): Handle all night feeds, diapering, and responsive soothing (no cry-it-out). I practice resting care. I track detailed logs and prep bottles for morning.
