About Ashley

With multiple years of on and off experience nurturing young minds, I bring a passion for fostering children's growth and development to every interaction. My previous babysitting roles solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents through verbal updates, regular texts, or the family's preferred method. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I enjoy outdoor activities, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2019 where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Integrated Leadership. During my time at CMU, I excelled in Childhood Development courses. I am also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I am eager to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family, creating a safe and happy environment where your child can be cared for while parents can relax knowing they are in good hands.
