Ashley responded promptly initially. Then after we made a plan to commence hiring she didn't respond and was a no-show to our initial appointment. It is difficult to get someone responsible and a major delay in hiring someone who really DOES want to help and for the person whose care is being delayed while filtering through so many no-shows.
