I'm a calm, gentle, and adaptable caregiver with a fun, relaxed style. Helping kids work through big feelings is something I navigate every day as a parent to a special needs elementary schooler. My child comes with me, so yours will have a buddy! I'm experienced with autism and ADHD but know every child is different, so I stay flexible and learn fast. I ask a lot of questions to make sure I'm doing things right, so if you have detailed instructions, that's a plus for me, not a stressor. My strengths: de-escalating dysregulated kids, keeping things relaxed, and actually listening when a kid wants to talk about something they love.
