About Ashley

I love working with children, I believe it is a very rewarding experience! My previous job opportunities solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. I have one year of experience caring for children with autism as a Registered Behavioral Technician between the ages two to 10 years old. I also have many newborn family members that I have helped take care of as well as expecting my own daughter in July 2026. I am comfortable caring for up to two children. I am patient, creative, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am happy to prepare meals, help with light housekeeping, and supervise swimming activities. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I have some college education and hold current CPR Training, and RBT certifications. I look forward to bringing my energy and skills to your family!
