My background includes managing memory care needs, such as de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines with ease. I prioritize earning trust to build a meaningful connection with those in my care. I hold current CPR training & First Aid certifications to ensure safety at all times. I graduated as a Medical Assistant in 2010, and completed the Emergency Medical Technician course at Bridgevalley.
