About Ashley

I have over 10 years of teaching experience spanning early childhood education, first grade, and special education. I hold a master's degree in Special Education and General Education for grades PreK-12, allowing me to support learners across all developmental stages. My background includes training in Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies, along with experience implementing both student-led and teacher-led curricula. I believe that blending these approaches creates a well-rounded routine and learning environment where children can thrive. My goal is to nurture curiosity, independence, and confidence while meeting each child's individual needs through thoughtful, developmentally appropriate practices across PreK-12 settings.
