About Ashley

While my experience comes from senior care, I am now seeking opportunities to work with younger children with special needs. I have over three years of hands-on, private caregiving experience and a strong foundation in routine-based, attentive care. Working with seniors with dementia and Alzheimer's required patience, gentle redirection, and consistency-skills that are especially important when caring for younger children who need structure and reassurance. I understand that parents need reliable help they can trust. I focus on creating a calm, safe environment so families can take a break knowing their child is well cared for.
