About Ashley

I'd describe my personality friendly, patient, and professional I love working with kids because I get to support their growth during such a formative and exciting time in their lives. Every child is different, and being able to tailor my approach to meet their individual needs is both a challenge and a privilege. I started working in child care since I was 19, now at 23, I've gained four years of hands-on experience. During that time, I also completed my degree in Child Development at VUSC which deepened my understanding of early childhood learning/ development. In my spare time, I really enjoy spending quality time with my family- it's something that's very important to me and helps keep me grounded. I also love taking my dog for walks; And when I have some quiet time, I like to read. One thing a family should know about me is that I genuinely care about building strong, trusting relationships with both the children I work with and their families.
