My name is Ashley, and I'm excited about the opportunity to support your family. I bring over 12 years of experience working with multiple families, helping households run smoothly. 

My background includes coursework in psychology, criminal justice, and women and gender studies, along with training in infant and toddler development. I am CPR/AED certified and provide safe, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care.

My approach is patient, empathetic, and nurturing. I enjoy incorporating creativity, play, and structure to support children's growth. I currently have availability for babysitting and increased flexibility for families seeking a reliable summer nanny.

We have had Ashley as our nanny for a year and a half, starting when our daughter was 4 months old, and she has provided excellent care in that time. As a caregiver, Ashley is engaged with our daughter's needs, attends promptly to feeding and diapering, and thinks of thoughtful and fun activities to do during the day. She respects our preferences for how our daughter's time is structured and brings items to our attention if she notices something about the schedule is no longer working. It has been a pleasure to have Ashley as an important part of our family structure for the past year and a half. We will continue to book her services when needed on nights and weekends because we want to keep her in our daughter's life and have all enjoyed our time together. 

Ashley is such a blessing to our family. She helped provide full time care for my 4 year old, 2 year old and 8 month old. Juggling 3 under 5 years old is not an easy task but she handled it with so much grace. She helped with potty training my toddlers and always made it fun with a potty dance. My girls always talk about Ashley and often if she leaves before they wake up from nap it's a total melt down "I want Ashley!". Or when they pick up certain books they even call out her name "Ashy" it's honestly adorable. I really love how playful she is and how she is comfortable getting on the floor with them. She was a huge help with teaching our 4 year old how to write letters. My toddlers are going through a screaming phase and she helped with teaching them breathing techniques to manage their anger. My 4 year old says "I feel good" and I have noticed a change. Ashley helped us with transportation with all three girls, light laundry, meal prep for their lunch and so much more. I'm thankful!

Ashley is by far one of the greatest sitters that we have encountered (there have been lots, and they are great)!!  She is punctual, dependable, and we would absolutely hire over and over again! 

I have a 3 year old, and a 6 year old and they absolutely adore Ms. Ashley!  They talked about her the next day after she watched them. She updated me with pictures, and text! I felt very confident that my kiddos were in great hands. My 6 year old is very intuitive, and honest and he definitely communicated that "she has to watch him ever time". Ashley we appreciate you so much, and look forward to having you watch our kiddos again.

Ashley is the best nanny I have had so far. She cared for three of my kids, ages 2, 6, and 8 during the Summer and was very good with all three. She helped with potty training my 2 year old. She comes up with brilliant ideas to keep the kids engaged. Ashley is very dependable and punctual. She truly loves caring for children. I will definitely hire her again.

Ashley has been the greatest babysitter to my two youngest children. She really takes the time to know your children and treats them so great! She was the first person I ever hired to watch my children and I couldn't of made a better choice by picking her! She's the sweetest and makes me feel at ease when I leave my kids with her. I hope to keep her around for as long as I can!

Ashley is so nice and kind. She really loves children. I was so impressed by her day 1 and was so confident to leave her with my baby. She watched my 4 month old son with no problems and I plan to have her continue to watch him throughout his life!! She's a great responsible babysitter. The best thing I loved about Ashley was her sending updates of the baby through pictures and texts!! It really eased my mind as a FTM going back to work after 3 months.

Ashley was a huge blessing to me during a very unique season when custody arrangements were being settled. She was kind, compassionate but firm with my three kids (8, 7 & 4). I felt confident my kids were well cared for when Ashley was with them. Any family would be lucky to have her care for their children!

Ashley is a very loving and caring person. She has a very good heart. She treats my girls like they were her younger sister. My girls call her Auntie and sometimes cry when Ashley leaves. They get very excited when they know that Ashley will be picking them up from school and will spend the evening with them. I feel very safe and comfortable leaving my kids with her. 

We've been using Ashley regularly for the past few months and we love her! She's reliable and professional. Ashley also doesn't mind helping out with things around the house which is a huge bonus for me! She has also done overnight care for us and taking the kids to their practices. My kids absolutely love Ashley.   They find her calm and relaxing and we are currently trying to hire her borderline full time! Unfortunately we might live too far apart.    If you are lucky enough to live close to this wonderful young lady......hire her!   My 10 and 12 year old daughters love her     She also handled household chores and clothes shopping with them!!!!

Ashley filled in for us at the last minute for a week over the summer. She was amazing! She kept the kids occupied and happy and safe. I would definitely hire Ashley again-- one of the best nannies we have had. When I called her references before hiring her, they all said the same thing. 

Ashley is a very caring and generous young lady who loves children. She is very dependable and solid. As she was growing up I often received compliments from her teachers as to the strength of her character and her leadership skills. She is an intelligent  and very nice soft spoken person who you would enjoy having in your household. 

I was absolutely pleased with Ms Ashley's service. I felt like she really took the time to get to know my children to where she catered to their individual needs in just the right way. Even during our interview, I knew she would be just the right fit for our family, as even her physical appearance- with her bright smile and very soft nature stood out for me. I could always count on Ashley to be on time, and the kids always had nothing but good things to say about her, even to this day they always talk about how much they love & miss Ms Ashley! I really just admired how she looked after the kids, and taught them a thing or two about character; literally such a well rounded young lady. I wish we hadn't moved out of state, or else we would of definitely had our Ms Ashley with us, but I know that which ever family she ends up with next will be in good hands!
