About Ashley

I've done a lot of different kinds of work, from dog training to cooking gourmet meals in the middle of nowhere South Dakota to urban flower farming and handyperson work. Ive also had nunerous "nanny" gigs sprinkled throughout from full time caregiving of newborns to picking up kiddos from school and having outdoor adventures. Currently, I work at a food co-op/ combined community supported agriculture business. I like to hike, bike, kayak and generally be outdoors. I have raised two Alaskan Malamutes, numerous cats and keep a flock of hens. I like to scatter seeds and watch things grow. Cooking is my meditation, and a daily practice. I live for today and want to have fun while always remaining curious about the world around me, and letting any living creature young, old, flora or fauna teach me how to seek and find joy in whatever ways or places imaginable and beyond.
