About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as patient, flexible, and consistent. I like tutoring because of the one-on-one time. It allows for building more of a connection with student and parents. I also like that children learn at their own pace and have more autonomy over their learning. I believe that progress happens quicker. Leading to wins that actually matter. Lastly, I like the flexibility. There is more freedom in pacing, materials, and learning styles. Helping to make learning more fun and less rigid. I'm looking for a job where I can build positive, supportive relationships with students while helping them grow academically. I value clear communication with families, consistent scheduling, and the ability to tailor lessons to learning style. Ideally, students who are open to learning and families who appreciate collaboration and structure.
