Hi, I'm Ashley! With nine years of experience working with kids of all ages, I've had the joy of helping little ones grow, learn, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Along with coaching high school girls in a sport setting. I believe in creating a space where children feel happy, supported, and engaged. Whether it's through outdoor play, fun and educational activities, or simply encouraging their creativity, I strive to make every day special. I also understand how important open communication is, and I always keep parents informed while respecting their parenting styles and household routines. Consistency and structure are key in a child's life, and I do my best to balance those with warmth and positivity. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I've completed college coursework in early childhood education and hold CPR and First Aid, ensuring your child's safety is always my top priority.
