About Ashley

I'm a former therapist and currently take care of my 90yr old grandmother part-time. I've also previously volunteered in hospice and run support groups for cancer caregivers for a year. I know how stressful it can be to take care of your loved one when medical or memory issues surface. It feels like everything else has to be put on hold when you're already trying to manage your own life, household, work, and have someone else rely on you full-time for daily care. My job is to lighten the load for you and make sure your senior feels supported, respected, heard, and empowered to make decisions themselves (when appropriate). I help with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and engaging conversation. I provide regular updates via your preferred communication method to ensure you always feel connected.
