About Ashley

Nurturing young minds is my passion. My journey into childcare began with positive babysitting experiences, solidifying my desire to positively impact children's lives. I have three years of experience caring for children aged 0-11, with a special focus on the 1-3 age group. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. My approach is patient, creative, and centered around each child's unique needs. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm happy to prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and provide swimming supervision. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I'm comfortable with pets. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, text, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. My background includes some college, with coursework in Early Child Development. I also speak Spanish.
