About Ashley

Hi! I'm Ashley, a dependable and caring childcare provider with a strong background in child development, leadership, and creative programming. I graduated from UT Austin with a degree focused on people, relationships, and teamwork. I've spent years mentoring children and teens from being a camp counselor at Camp Longhorn to leading internship and development programs at Andrews Distributing. I have 5+ years of experience with special needs children through equine therapy, summer camps, and nannying, and have also been a primary caregiver for my father, who has MS. I connect easily with kids of all ages and create safe, engaging spaces where they can thrive. I'm CPR & first-aid aware, highly organized, and love planning fun, enriching activities. Whether supporting school routines or managing busy days, I bring calm, creativity, and consistency to every family I work with.
