About Ashley

I grew up in foster care so I have babysat, and helped raise children from all backgrounds and medical problems. I have also worked as a teachers assistant for middle school and pre-k kids. I was a Sunday school assistant for 1st graders. I have also previously worked in group homes for troubled youth, nannying, behavioral health with children 0-21, and in the extended fostercare program with youth 17. 5-22. I feel that how we raise our children is how our world is going to be. So it is up to us to do a good job and teach them what they need to know about life. I have also previously worked as a Personal Care Assistant in a Quadriplegic apartment facility and with Visiting Angels, and have done in home care before that. I love working with people, and knowing that I am helping them and making their day a little bit better. We may all one day be in the position of needing daily help, and I want to have someone there for me, so I am doing my part to help people in this situation now.
