About Ashley

My name is Ashley and I'm 25 years old. I have a little girl who is currently 2. I've been married for 5 years with my amazing husband and we have put our root in the Brevard area. My passions include crocheting, reading, family, and caring for young children. I've been babysitting/nannying since I was 14 years old. At 16 I was a swim coach to ages 2-10 and also worked at the facilities childcare room. I did those things through high school then nannied a family of three girls for 4 years. After Covid, I was a teachers assistant for the next 3 years for grades k-12 in the Transylvania school system. I took a break from working when my daughter was born in 2023, but quickly got back to work when she was around 9 months old. I started working at a church preschool where I found my passion teaching pre-school aged children. I am now going back to school for my early education teaching degree and hoping to start my own family child care home in Transylvania county.
