About Ashley

I am a CNA with experience in senior long term care settings and in home care looking for part-time/full-time position. My level of experience ranges from total dependence of all ADL's to complete independence for all activities. Skills: oral hygiene, bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, companionship, mobility, transferring, and much more! My goal is always to help my client's be as independent as possible while still maintaining their self dignity and respecting them. I enjoy learning about the parts of life that they love and encouraging them to keep those things in their day to day. Their interests tend to become my interests, I joke that I am a collection of all the cool things my past clients have showed or taught me but I truly do love all the pieces of them that have stuck with me over the years.
