About Ashley

I am a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with experience providing individualized support, maintaining daily routines, and helping others feel safe and comfortable. My background includes working as a Behavioral Technician, providing childcare, and supporting clients through my current work with the Veterans Coaching Project. Through these experiences, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. I understand the importance of treating every individual with dignity and respect while adapting to their unique needs, preferences, and routines. I also hold CPR/First Aid certification and understand the importance of safety, patience, and consistency when providing care.
