About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as fun, loving, and efficient. I like working with kids because I haven't lost my inner child, and it's nice to still be able to listen and relate. It's rewarding to see their development through imagination and application. I began working with kids in 2018 in Applied Behavioral Analysis in early childhood intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My client base ranged from ages 3 to 12, and then 15 to 18 years of age. I'm looking for a job that allows for child and youth development through expression. An environment that allows or strives for understanding, flexibility and growth with each member in it. In my spare time, I like to do yoga, work on film projects, listen to music, meditate, workout, and plan for the future. One thing you should know about me is that I am passionate about everything that I choose to do! My skills include fun but disciplined, great listening skills, and great resolution and solution orientation!
