I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development. My patient and calm nature, combined with my creativity and friendly demeanor, creates a positive and engaging environment for kids to thrive. With two years of experience and a college degree in ECE, I have a solid foundation in early childhood development and education. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and using their preferred communication method to address any issues or share highlights from their child's day. I believe in following the parents' lead when enforcing household rules to ensure consistency and respect for family values. My approach to playtime is varied, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I'm happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation, as well as light housekeeping tasks.
