About Ashley

Hello! My name is Ashley and I have 15 years of experience as a dedicated childcare professional. I hold a Child Life Certification from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University. Throughout my career, I have worked as a full-time nanny for families with children of varying ages. I am also a Child Life Specialist, where I provide psychosocial support to pediatric patients facing the challenges of hospitalization. My areas of expertise include hematology/oncology, intensive care, and neonatal intensive care services. I have had the privilege of working at two top hospitals in New York City and completed a Child Life Internship at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare. I am BLS-certified and have a diverse background in childcare, including volunteering, household management, sleep training, and early childhood education.
