My son clicked with her very well. Which was really comforting. We have cameras in my home and from what I observed, Ashley wasn’t as engaging or attentive as we would like for her to be. She quit with only giving a week notice. This was our first time hiring a nanny and this was her first time being a nanny. She wasn’t consistent with putting our son on the potty and she would be laying in his bed or on her phone most of the time. I don’t think we were the family for her. I wish her the best!
