Hi there! My name is Tylah, I have been working with children for over six years . I do have experience working as a teaching assistant for about two and a half years . I am an adult and pediatric first aid/CPR Certified, as well as completed several state-approved training. I am a very understanding and loving person. I am also a huge animal and nature lover. Tylah has been a blessing to our family! Our kids love spending time with her and are always sad to see her go. She can do it all and we are so grateful to have found her. We feel like she's part of the family!

Tylah has worked for us nearly a year now for 32 hours a week, although she has also kept my two kids (5yrs/3yrs) overnight. We love Tylah as a part of our family. Not only is she punctual and dependable, she is also creative with ideas to keep the kids entertained and full of positive energy every day. While she's with the kids, she helps out around the house (not at all requested or required). She is also super great at communicating with us about the kids; my daughter went through a brief hitting stage early on and she was really professional and helpful in problem-solving. As a teacher educator, I've worked with countless people preparing to work with kids. Tylah comes out on top. We couldn't have found a better person to love and care for our kids every day and I trust her completely! We highly recommend her.

Tylah is always punctual and dependable. She works with my schedule. Tylah interacts great with my daughter keeping her entertained and well looked after. It's always a pleasure knowing my little one is with someone I can trust.

I thought Tylah was going to be the best nanny to watch my baby girl on a recurring basis. Before she started working I told her my father was sick and would be at the house. I never told her he would NEVER leave the room but she seems to think he was suppose to stay in his room all day. He never said anything to her racist or derogatory the TWO days she worked for me, but when he heard my daughter crying he wanted to help and came out of his room to talk to her which I told her ahead of time he would do and she was fine with it. I repeatedly asked her if she was comfortable with everything and she said yes. Until my dad started talking about politics and now I know she quit the first day working for me just because my family is conservative. Whether you're Democrat or republican I would never hire someone that quits over something so stupid and small. She is very unreliable and I will not recommend anyone else higher someone like this. Our world will never be unified with attitudes like this. Especially when everyone has heard someone say something they disagree with at work but would never quit over it.

I heard nothing but wonderful things from my son! He really liked how she was attentive and cool to be with. She was also super helpful and thoughtful when she cleaned the kitchen for me after my son ate dinner. She texted back immediately when I inquired about my son, and made me feel at ease while my son was in her care.

Tylah was available to start right away when I first needed help with my kids. She continues to be patient with me, my unpredictable schedule, and my four energetic young ones. I am able to rely on her to pick my children up from daycare, get them home safely, make sure they are fed and sometimes bathed, and have their basic needs met. It means so much to me knowing that I will come home to a picked up house with happy kids. They always look forward to her coming and I will forever be grateful for her constant patience and care.
