When I first turned 16, the very first job I got was at a nursing home. I worked this job for over 6 months. It is by far one of my favorite out of the jobs I had. I was a dietary aide, so I was interacting with the residents daily for my entire shift. I would ask them what they'd like to eat, bring it out for them, bring them drinks, push them back to their rooms, help them with anything they needed. The residents were always so friendly. My grandma has been living with us for the past two years, so I have been helping my Mom care for her. With this I give her the right medication, occasionally help her off the chair when she can not do it herself, help her prepare food and help keep her room nice and tidy.
