Ashley has been nannying for our three children for the past two years. Throughout her time with us, their ages ranged from 6 months to 7 years. She quickly became part of our family and has always been respectful of our parenting style. She is excellent with maintaining behavior expectations and communicating any and all concerns if and when they arise. The kids respect her and view Ashley as an extension of their parents. Ashley arrives to our home early in the morning and takes on many of the morning routines, including daycare drop off. She brings our youngest to activities around town and the playground. She coordinates nap schedules around the busy routines of the older children. Ashley is flexible with our kids' schedule changes, helps support their after school activities, and finds time to squeeze in a dose of early childhood education here and there. If we could keep our kids little, Ashley would definitely stay with us beyond these past two years!
