Hello! My name is Ashley, and I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I began babysitting children on a regular basis at a very young age. My goal is to help children grow, learn and meet their full potential. It is my passion to work with the families and parents to create growing opportunities for their child. I have been employed at a daycare as a certified toddler teacher, worked in the infant and preschool room, I also have prior nanny experiences with excellent references! I have my associates degree in early childhood education. I believe that children should be exposed to books, singing, outdoors and age appropriate activities. Allowing the children to still be able to learn through play is something I believe strongly in. I have reliable transportation, CPR, First Aid certification, and references available upon request! I am a reliable, responsible person who truly loves being around children and helping them reach their full potential.

Ashley has been nannying for our three children for the past two years. Throughout her time with us, their ages ranged from 6 months to 7 years. She quickly became part of our family and has always been respectful of our parenting style. She is excellent with maintaining behavior expectations and communicating any and all concerns if and when they arise. The kids respect her and view Ashley as an extension of their parents. Ashley arrives to our home early in the morning and takes on many of the morning routines, including daycare drop off. She brings our youngest to activities around town and the playground. She coordinates nap schedules around the busy routines of the older children. Ashley is flexible with our kids' schedule changes, helps support their after school activities, and finds time to squeeze in a dose of early childhood education here and there. If we could keep our kids little, Ashley would definitely stay with us beyond these past two years!
