About Ashley

Hello! I offer weekend companionship visits for older adults centered around creativity, conversation, and practical support. I'm a maker with a lifelong connection to caregiving. My grandmother lived with our family when I was growing up, and I more recently supported my mother during cancer treatment. These experiences shaped my belief that companionship and feeling valued make a real difference. During visits I can provide art or crafts (from simple projects to quilting or sewing), conversation, light meal prep (vegetarian, low-sodium, pre-diabetic friendly), errands or transportation including church, tech help, and small household tasks. I'm curious, thoughtful, and creative, and I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence. I'm open to one-time or recurring visits with individuals, couples, or small groups, and I enjoy tailoring activities to what each person enjoys and feels comfortable with.
