Hi my name is Ashley and with over 10 years of dedicated experience in the childcare field, I have developed a strong foundation in early childhood development, nurturing care, and classroom leadership. As the Infant Lead Teacher at Paper Planes, I create safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environments that support each child's growth and individuality. I am CPR certified and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, communication, and professionalism. My passion for childcare is rooted not only in my training and experience, but also in my role as a mother, which inspires me to bring empathy, patience, and genuine love to the children and families I support.
