About Ashley

Hi! I'm Ashley, I am 25 and I bring over 5 1/2 years of hands on childcare experience (includes working in daycare) I'm based in Germantown and am also a proud mom to a fun and energetic almost 3-year-old boy, which gives me a strong personal understanding of the care and attention little ones need. I'm extremely attentive, nurturing, and passionate about helping children grow through engaging, age appropriate activities. I enjoy spending time outdoors, getting creative with arts and crafts, and for infants, I focus on building sensory skills and providing enriching interactions during wake windows. (Experienced with special needs children as well) if I am able to bring my son along that would be such a plus but NOT necessary (mainly for him to have someone to play with), if you feel like I could possibly be a good fit id love to extend the upmost help, thank you lots families!
