I have over 13 years of experience in the medical field, working with diverse care needs, including Alzheimer's/Dementia, amputees, diabetes, wheelchair/bed-bound, stroke, quadriplegic, rehab, PTSD, oxygen dependency, cancer & chemotherapy, and kidney and cardiovascular diseases. My expertise also includes managing households and healthcare offices: budgeting, shopping, ordering/inventory, assessing and adjusting care plans, administering and ordering medications, handling medical care/appointments, managing and training teams, conflict resolution, payroll and other financial management, end-of-life care, hospice collaboration, working closely with doctors, families, and much more. Also open to taking on additional tasks beyond basic caregiving if I am able and feel the current pay is fair. I am acutely perceptive, an exceptional problem-solver, and have a high level of emotional intelligence. I am dependable, honest, and care for and protect others like family.
