We cannot say enough good things about Ashley. She cared for our 1 year old one day a week for roughly 16 weeks. Our son loves her. He smiles every time she walks in the door. He goes to her even when I am in the room. When she comes in she immediately gets on his level and plays with him. She is very in tune with his developmental stages and how he is doing emotionally and physically each time she visits. Her feedback of how he might be teething or coming down with a cold or learning a new skill is always impressive given the short time she is with him each week. Her communication on sleep, food intake, etc. is always detailed and helpful, and she always gave ample notice about any scheduling conflicts. She was flexible in our scheduling needs due to illness, weather, etc. and she is extremely reliable and punctual. We feel lucky to have had her as our sitter and plan to keep her involved with both our 1 and 3 year old as I enter the nursing program.
