Hi! My name is Ashley, and I'm here to help you. I take my responsibilities as a caregiver seriously, but I can also be interactive and playful on a child's level. As the eldest of five siblings in a large family, I've always had a caring and nurturing spirit. I am principled, honest, open to parental guidance, and a self-starter. I possess excellent communication skills with both adults and children. I am patient, respectful of different parenting styles, and always encourage an "I can do it" attitude. I genuinely put my heart into everything I do, especially when it comes to caring for children. My experience with children extends beyond my own siblings. I have been fortunate to work with the family I care for over the past seven years, providing support for mothers and care during date nights and weekends for neighboring families, gaining me 10 years of experience.
