About Ashlei

I am a CNA who solely enjoys working with seniors. Whenever I work with seniors I treat them as if they were my grandparents. Whenever I decided to start this career I didn't think it would be something I would enjoy as much as I do, but I tried it out and fell in love with it. The connections I make are mentally and physically and I make sure to go above and beyond no matter the situation. I love to socialize with elders to get familiar with their past, their interests, and gain ways to have future interesting conversations. I have worked at assisted living facilities, home health agencies, and also for private families. I have also worked with Alzheimer's and dementia patients which to me is the funniest. I connect with elders in a way that we feel like family. As I am now a experienced CNA I am going to pursue my nursing in the future because of my compassionate and empathy.
