She's fast. Thorough. Great at organizing. Wants to do the job the way you want it done. A self-starter. Has excellent suggestions and ideas. She cleaned my backyard one day. But has cleaned chiefly the house and helped organize the master bedroom and bath. She is helping us organize the garage by putting up shelving. She works more than one job so it's hard to set a regular schedule but we are very happy to have found her!
