About Ashleigh

For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to helping preschool through elementary school students thrive academically. I hold a college degree and I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I believe every student possesses unique potential and can achieve goals with personalized support. I also have a lot of experience with phonics. I adapt my teaching methods by varying my strategies and encouraging open communication, which includes regular parental check-ins. I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes and encouraging curiosity. Communication builds trust and a collaborative environment. The most rewarding aspect of being a tutor is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment. I am eager to help your child succeed in math, English, or art. With a car and a passion for education, I can meet at your home, a center, the library, or a community center. I would love to bring my enthusiasm to your family!
