I am looking for a full time or part time nanny position. I was a nanny in Manhattan for over 20 years. Before becoming a nanny, I was a preschool teacher, and then became the director of a preschool with 125 children. I have worked in orphanages in Morocco, Latvia and Russia. I was also the director of a preschool for 125 children. Depending upon the ages of the children in my care, I schedule the day so that there is plenty of time for reading, music, outside play, imaginary play and art. If I work during daytime hours I would like to bring my daughter along. She is 11 years old, and is home schooled. She can work on school independently while I care for the children. She loves to play with the older children in my care, and she enjoys singing songs and playing peek a boo with little ones. My mother can watch my daughter during evening date nights and special events.
