I was fortunate enough to have a interview with Ashlee; she was extremely professional, kind, funny and sweet. She was able to communicate with my 8 year old son with autism in ways others have struggled to accomplish. He has a hard time opening up, especially to strangers, but within 10 minutes she had him smiling AND laughing. If our schedules didn't clash as much as they do, I would hire her in a heartbeat. :-)
