About Ashlee

Hello! I am 29 years old and a licensed mental health therapist. I am currently in the process of transitioning between therapy jobs and am looking for a temporary nanny job for the next 3-4 months. I have ample education in child development and psychology along with diverse experience in child care throughout my adolescent and adult life. I was a full time nanny for an 18-month-old in the summer of 2015 and had a blast! For 7 years I had been the nanny for two precious little girls as well as helped raise my little brother. I have also helped my grandma with her foster babies, as she specializes in babies with special needs. I was a camp counselor at a summer camp for people with developmental disabilities for two summers as well. I worked for a network of families babysitting on the weekends as I worked my way through graduate school. I love doing crafts, teaching babies and children sign language and integrating educational but fun activities into any babysitting or nanny job I do.
