About Ashlee

Hi! My name is Ashlee!! I just graduated UCLA studying cognitive science and data science engineering! I am leaving to start my full time job in September but like keeping busy and want to fill my time before I leave for work. Some of my experience includes babysitting and previously I led outdoor activities and in-class projects as a teacher and camp counselor at Camp Galileo. My 16 younger cousins have also prepared me for the joys and responsibilities of childcare. I am patient, calm, creative, and outgoing, and I communicate with parents about their child's day via text, phone, or in person, depending on their preference. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with children. I am certified in First Aid and have taken coursework in early childhood development. I can help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
