About Ashlee

Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. With 3-4 years of experience, I offer respite, memory care, end of life/hospice, as well. Assistance with personal care needs, grooming/bathing, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and medication management. I adapt to changing routines and handle behavioral changes with patience. I'm CPR and First Aid certified as well as Mental Health First Aid. I also have my Oregon HomeCare workers certificate and working on my quadriplegic/ventilator care certificate as well. Im able to operate a hoyer lift/hygienic sling. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, according to their preferences. Understanding your loved one's history and preferences is important to me. I have some college education and a reliable car, and I am comfortable with pets. I'm compassionate, friendly, patient, hardworking, empathetic, and driven.
