Ashlee is a sweetheart! She gets along great with my dad and the staff in the nursing home where he lives. I hired her to supplement his care and she does everything she's expected to do. Good communication. I only wish she were more available. She's dropped from 3 days to 2 days a week. I do understand full time work takes priority.
