About Ashlee

I have loved caring for children ever since being a child myself and caring for my younger cousins during family gatherings. I always took responsibility as "baby sitter". Then, when I was trying to acquire my associates degree in psychology I became a part time nanny as well as a part time receptionist to help pay bills. I dabbled in office work and being a nanny back and forth for years. After I obtained my degree I started working at a residential facility for special needs children where I was a counselor there helping the kids as a team member of other counselors. So this is where my special needs experience comes in. It ranges from autism to sensory issues to bipolar to even schizophrenia. My manager here is one of my references. I have worked with other families since. I have references from past families and my most recent and current role. Please feel free to ask me anything, I'm an open book!
