I have nannied professionally for the over 15 years. I have worked with, cared for, baby sat, and taught children for the majority of my life. Most of my nanny experience is in caring for newborns and children under 5, and I am comfortable with children of all ages. I also have experience and compassion for children with special needs. Absolutely wonderful experience with Ashlee! We hired Ashlee to care for our 6-week-old baby girl, and I can’t say enough good things about her. As a new mom, I’ve struggled with a lot of anxiety about leaving my baby with anyone—but with Ashlee, it was completely different. She was calm, confident, gentle, and so loving with our little one. From the moment she walked in, I felt at ease. She handled everything with care, and genuinely seemed to enjoy spending time with our baby. It was the first time I’ve been able to step away without constant worry, and that peace of mind is priceless. Not to mention she sent me pictures the entire time.
