My most recent experience is I have been an on-call nanny for a now 3-year-old boy since 2013. I also help take care of my friend's four young boys while she goes to work; the ages of the boys are 3 years old, 2 years old and twin boys who are 8 months old. Also, I have worked for a family taking care of their daughter and two of their nieces, age range of girls are 1 to 7 years old. Two summers ago, I volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club. I took care of my nephew and niece ever since they were infants. I am an assistant youth teacher at my church. I have been a tutor/teacher's assistant at an elementary school, grading papers and helping students with their homework. Lastly, I have been a camp counselor at a summer camp in San Francisco.

Ashlee has been our on-call babysitter for our 3 year old son since August 2013. She has always presented herself professionally and appropriately since I first interviewed her for the position. Ashlee has always been very responsive and proactive in her communication (i.e. responding back to requests for childcare very promptly, and checking in every month for any childcare needs). With very little notice or changing/tentative plans with our work schedules Ashlee has been available to meet our childcare needs on many occasions. Ashlee interacts with our son very well and is excellent at adapting activities and playtime to his needs/desires. Ashlee has been a great asset for my husband and I to have a reliable source of childcare for our son.
