About Ashlea

As a recent newlywed, I'm excited to gain more experience with children of all ages as my husband and I plan to start a family in the next few years. My background includes a college degree in Communications, and I have CPR training from eight years serving in the Army Reserves as a Lieutenant. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy spending time outdoors on walks, playing golf, reading, writing books (I'm a published fiction author), and practicing piano. I will follow your lead on household rules and communication preferences. I am also happy to help with cooking (I love trying new healthy recipes at home) , meal preparation, and tutoring. I am eager to positively impact your children's lives. If driving or picking up kids from school is required, I would need a car provided (my husband and I recently moved to the beach from downtown Chicago in April so I don't have a car).
