During my years in childcare I took the positions of an infant teacher, administrator and also an assistant director. Ashiley is beyond amazing! Ashiley worked in our home for more than seven months. I work very long hours and Ashiley was always on time with a great attitude. She consistently worked over 30 hours a week with our infant daughter and two dogs. Ashiley always took great initiative, going above and beyond our expectations. She has an extensive background in child development and structured our daughter's play to be fun and entertaining, as well as educational. Our daughter was always so excited to see her walk through the door!
