I have a background in childhood and adolescence trauma, personality development, psychology and hands-on experience in user research focused on childhood development. I bring both heart and expertise to every moment I spend with children. I genuinely love what I do - it's not just about keeping kids safe, it's about nurturing who they're becoming. I pay close attention to emotional cues, developmental needs, and creative ways to help each child grow confidently, curiously, and with joy. Whether it's through play, storytelling, sensory activities, or helping build emotional regulation, I'm intentional about creating a warm, engaging, and growth-oriented environment.
